Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid Pulse subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Paddle.

1. Subscriptions and cancellation

2. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Because Pulse is a digital service provided immediately, this right lapses once you expressly request that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Where the right still applies, contact us and we will refund the eligible amount.

3. Refunds outside the withdrawal period

Because you can cancel anytime and downgrade to the free plan, we generally do not provide refunds for partial or unused subscription periods once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, were double-billed, or experienced a significant fault in the Service, contact us — we review such cases in good faith and, where warranted, issue a refund via Paddle.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at support@pulse-business.app with the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the Paddle order/receipt reference. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within a few business days once approved.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
